Please read this agreement carefully. By creating a Job Seeker account on SprintPivot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SprintPivot Ltd in relation to your use of the platform as a Job Seeker.
1. Parties
This agreement is between:
SprintPivot Ltd ("SprintPivot", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in England and Wales, operating the career transition platform at sprintpivot.co.uk; and
You, the individual who registers an account as a Job Seeker ("you", "the Job Seeker").
2. What SprintPivot Provides
Upon registration as a Job Seeker, SprintPivot will provide you with access to the following services:
Module 1 is always free — no payment required to access your first lesson. Full platform access (all modules, projects, and employer matching) requires payment activation after you complete Module 1.
2.1 Free tier (available to all registered seekers)
- Account registration and profile creation
- AI Skill Gap Audit — benchmarking your background against live UK vacancies
- Module 1 of your personalised learning path (first lesson only)
- Access to this agreement and legal documents
- SprintPivot Blog content
2.2 Full access (activated upon payment)
- Full adaptive learning path (all modules, typically 8–12 lessons)
- Real employer project sandbox with AI grading
- Mentor review and sign-off on completed projects
- Verified portfolio building
- Anonymised employer matching and job opportunities
- Interview invitation management
- Career support resources and blog
- Live UK vacancy listings
2.3 Platform limitations
SprintPivot is a technology platform and career development tool. We do not:
- Guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes
- Employ you or guarantee employment with any employer
- Act as a recruitment agency under the Employment Agencies Act 1973
- Provide legal, financial, or professional career counselling advice
3. Your Obligations
3.1 Registration and account security
- You must be aged 18 or over to register
- All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with any other person
- You must notify us immediately at support@sprintpivot.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access
3.2 Project submissions and portfolio
- All project work you submit must be your own original work
- You must not use AI tools to generate project submissions on your behalf without disclosure (using AI as a tool is permitted; submitting AI-generated work as your own is not)
- You grant SprintPivot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your anonymised project scores and portfolio items to registered employers on the platform
- You must not submit confidential third-party information in project work
3.3 Conduct
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to de-anonymise other users
- You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
- You must engage professionally with mentors assigned to review your work
4. Payment Terms — The Success Agreement
SprintPivot operates a deferred payment model designed to align our incentives with your success.

Important: The £199/month fee is charged for ongoing platform access and support, not exclusively for placement. You will be charged monthly from the point you activate your account, regardless of whether you have been placed. Placement-linked terms above apply to the continuation of the agreement. You may cancel at any time.
4.1 Payment disputes
If you dispute a charge, contact us at billing@sprintpivot.co.uk within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 10 working days. Payment disputes do not entitle you to withhold payment while the dispute is resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
SprintPivot retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to the AI audit methodology, learning curricula, skill gap frameworks, and platform design. Your personal data and project submissions remain yours, subject to the licence granted in clause 3.2.
6. Confidentiality
SprintPivot treats your personal data as confidential and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to treat any non-public information about the SprintPivot platform, methodology, or employer partners as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- SprintPivot's total liability to you under or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- SprintPivot is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data
- SprintPivot does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is described in this agreement
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer (entering this agreement for personal, non-commercial purposes), you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including:
- 14-day right to cancel: You have 14 days from account activation to cancel without giving a reason. If you request early access to full services within this period, your right to cancel may be affected once the service has been fully performed. Contact us at support@sprintpivot.co.uk to cancel.
- Rights to services that are performed with reasonable care and skill
- Rights to information about the service
9. Termination
9.1 You may terminate
You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing support@sprintpivot.co.uk. Outstanding payment obligations remain due on termination.
9.2 SprintPivot may terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you:
- Breach any material term of this agreement
- Submit fraudulent, plagiarised, or AI-generated project work as your own
- Engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform
- Fail to make payments when due after 30 days' notice
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be referred to our complaints process (email: support@sprintpivot.co.uk). If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also refer disputes to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
