The problem
Every year, experienced professionals decide to move into technical work. Most of them take a course, then find it was not enough.
The course taught the concepts. It did not give them work to show, someone in the field to tell them whether it was good, or a way to reach employers who would look past their previous job title. Employers, meanwhile, say they struggle to hire for AI, data and security roles, but screen out anyone whose CV does not already say "data analyst" or "security engineer".
